HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FASTER

1)  Start each meal with glass of water :

 you will stay hydrated and feel fuller instantly

2) Be active :

 even if you are not dedicating an entire chunk of time to workout you can burn a few extra calories by making an effort to move a little more during the day

3) Do 30 PUSH-UPS every other day :

 these gym-class staples will help sculpt muscle , so you will sport a more  streamlined appearance . Do 3 sets of 10 of exercise every other day

4) Write down your goal :

 fix objectives it takes 10 seconds and ups your chances that you will meet your goal by 60 percent you will keep it in the forefront of your mind , right up there with your other priorities .

5) Buy some cute workout clothes :

 it makes you feel good and motivated to reach your goal .

6) Sleep more :

 lack of sleep can cause you to eat more throughout the day and not have enough energy for your workouts so aim at least 7 hours of sleep every night .
